Most importantly, we believe in continuous service, meaning that we prefer having permanent (daily) staff on each of the premises we service, including permanent supervisors/members of our senior management to assist with training and to understand the day-to-day challenges and needs of each site we service.
In order to maintain this philosophy, an employee might have more than one “function” or job description. A simple example would be a gardener that might also fulfil functions such as site cleaning, mopping of entrance halls etc. This employee is thus not only a gardener, but also a cleaner.
Having smaller teams on each site, in comparison to sites where cleaning and gardening are performed by different service providers, makes control easier. In most instances this also saves the client a substantial amount when these services are combined.
We do not just render a service, but will also make proposals to the client on how the aesthetics of the property can be bettered and suggestions on how we can supply a cleaning service that will ensure the least amount of interference for the day-to-day users of the property. |
