This is why we have a penalty system whereby clients can penalise us by deducting a percentage of our service fee if we do not deliver! We are proud to say that we have never been penalised by any of our clients.
As stated earlier, we prefer to have a daily presence on all sites serviced, in order for us to develop a proper understanding of the specific needs of a client. We act proactively, thus identifying problem areas in service delivery even before it can be raised by the client.
